My products are sold under the following terms and conditions, by purchasing from me you agree to abide by these terms.
Shipping Policy
Deliveries is within the UK only and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
If the item is already made and ready to be posted, I will post it within two working days, but please allow up to five working days for your order to arrive. If I have to make your order, I will contact you via email to let you know how long it will be. I will always try my best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.
Care
Due to the delicate nature of my earrings and accessories, they must be carefully looked after to avoid damage. Please take particular care with any earrings where the hook is attached directly to the faux leather as this is the weakest part of the earring. Avoid pulling and tugging on the earrings whilst being worn as this could tear the delicate material. It is not recommended that you wear your jewellery when participating in sports/gym use, sleeping or swimming. Avoid contact with make up, sprays or perfumes as the silver/gold plating will tarnish much quicker. Avoid pulling clothes over your head whilst wearing the earrings as they could get damaged if pulled.
Return & Exchange Policy
Accessories for young children
As all of my items are handmade, for safety reasons they are not suitable for children under 36 months.
Children must NEVER be left unattended wearing hair clips or headbands as they often contain small parts and may be a potential choking hazard.
Please remove hair accessories while children are sleeping, in car seats or in any other situation where they are not supervised.
Our products are securely made with care and attention but please do not allow children to suck or chew clips or headbands as this will weaken the glue and may cause the product to come apart.
Please note that I cannot be held liable for any accidents/injury caused by misuse or the unsupervised wearing of any accessories.
Faulty Items
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving my workshop. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact me with two days of receiving your item.
Unfortunately I cannot refund or exchange earrings or hair accessories for hygiene reasons, however, if you have any problems with your order, please contact me after receiving your order and I will do everything possible to resolve your problem.
